Since the inaugural Kenting Cup International Surfing Competition in 2006, the number of surfing enthusiasts in Taiwan has grown annually. After gaining experience from six international surfing competitions and closely observing the domestic surfing environment, the Association aims to align with international surfing activities. To discover top surfers nationwide and establish a surfing system in Taiwan, the Association will host the first points-based tour, the “Taiwan National Surfing Championship.” Additionally, the Association is committed to promoting surfing and facilitating exchanges among surfing clubs, ensuring that the surfing culture, related industries, and products flourish across Taiwan.
